How To Prepare Healthy Paneer Pizza At Home Easily?

    Love pizzas but also don't want to gain weight? Here is a simple recipe that you can try to satiate your cravings in a healthy way.

Ingredients needed

    1 Wheat Flour Base, 1 Onion, chopped Paneer cubes, 1/2 Capsicum, 1/2 cup Mushroom, 1 Tomato, chopped olive oil for cooking Pizza Sauce, 2 cups Tomato Puree, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, salt to taste, oregano and red chilli flakes to taste

Step 1

    Take wheat flour and knead it into a dough. Set it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2

    In a pan, heat some oil and put all the vegetables along with paneer cubes. Saute them until roasted.

Step 2

    Make pizza sauce by cooking tomato puree with all the spices and basil in olive oil.

Step 6

    Now, take the dough and form it into a pizza base. Place the base on the tawa and cook it from both sides.

Step 7

    Place the base on a plate and add the sauce to it. Top it with sauteed paneer cubes. Add all the vegetables that you need.

Step 8

    Grease it in a non-stick pan or put it into the oven and let it cook for some time. Your lip-smacking healthy paneer pizza is ready.
