Beyond its culinary appeal, peanuts bring a host of health benefits to the table. Laden with protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, peanuts can promote satiety and contribute to heart health. With low carbohydrate content, they prove to be an excellent dietary choice for individuals managing diabetes. The filling nature of peanuts also positions them as an effective component in a weight loss regimen. To harness these health advantages, indulge in the culinary delight of peanut chutney, and infuse a burst of spice and goodness into your meals.

How To Make Peanut Chutney

1. Begin by dry roasting peanuts in a pan until golden brown. Allow them to cool and then remove the outer shell of the peanuts.

2. Now place the peanuts, (peanuts for glowing skin) along with cumin seeds and garlic cloves, into a grinder. Grind the mixture to a fine paste, adding water as necessary.

3. Once finely ground, add salt according to taste, and transfer the chutney to a bowl.

4. In a separate pan, heat half a teaspoon of refined oil. Once hot, add curry leaves and mustard seeds for tempering.

5. Once the tempering is ready, pour it into the chutney, enhancing its flavour.

6. Your flavourful peanut chutney is now prepared and ready to be served. Enjoy it as a delightful accompaniment with appe, idli, or dosa, or any other dish you want.
