Lata Mangeshkar
The Nightingale of India, Lata Mangeshkar left us all bereaved in the sadness of her departure when she passed away in 2021. The singer started her career pre-independence and continued till a few years before she passed. Her career lasted for around eighty years during which she sang more than thirty thousand songs.
Ashok Kumar
Known to be the Indian actor with the longest career ever, Ashok Kumar worked in the film industry for about sixty-three years. He has worked in over two hundred seventy films. He debuted with the film called ‘Shikara’ in 1946.

Sharmila Tagore
One of the most beautiful faces and acting talents of Bollywood, Sharmila Tagore has had a promising career for over fifty years. She worked continuously from 1959 when she starred in the cult classic ‘Apur Sansar’ until 2010. After a break of over a decade, she returned to the industry in 2023.
Gulzar
One of the greatest poets of all time and the Bollywood lyricist who has won our hearts, Gulzar has had a flourishing career of over sixty years. His first break as a songwriter was in 1963 in ‘Bandini’. Throughout his career, he has written terrific songs including ‘Dil Se’, ‘Jai Ho’, ‘Dil To Bachcha Hai’, ‘Sau Dard’, ‘Tujhse Naraz Nahin Zindagi’, and many more.
