According to the expert, if you are looking to lose weight in just a week, you should do at least 500 jumping jacks in a day. Well, as we said weight loss is a journey, not a magic pill that starts showing the difference in one dose. If you add these to your routine, you can start with 20-30 jumping jacks in a day.

Please note that this exercise can leave you gasping for breath quickly. Therefore, you should do 15 at the start and 15 at the end. It is a full-body workout that you can also perform using a skipping rope.

High Knee Jogging (Is High Knee Jogging Good For Weight Loss?)

If you think exercises can give you results in just 10 days, you might have to practise a rigorous routine and perform high knee jogging at least 100 times. We suggested you begin with 20-30 and slowly increase it to 50-100.

This is also a full-body workout that will leave you out of breath quickly. You can keep your hands parallel to your knees and try to touch them with your thighs while performing the exercise. It will help you lose weight around your legs and abdomen.

Burpees (What Do Burpees Do For Your Body?)

In burpees, you jump, bend, stretch your legs back, and jump again. This is one of the best cardiovascular workouts that will tone your entire body. You should start with 10-15 burpees because they require a huge amount of energy.

You should either wear shoes or do it on the yoga mat to ensure a soft landing while jumping. You should also stretch your body as much as you in every pose to see the best results.

Jumping Squats (Do Jumping Squats Burn Belly Fat?)

You can slowly increase the number to 30, 50, and so on once you have built your stamina. If you are adamant about losing weight in just a week, you might have to do more than 100 jumping squats in a day.
